Position: Customer Service Officer

Job description

The primary duties of this role include:
- Delivering counseling in a professional manner
- Overseeing enrollment process
- Managing student records and the customer databases
- Answering telephone and in-person enquiry from clients, ensuring high quality customer care
- Other duties assigned by Manager.

Job requirement

- Aged from 21 to 28, good looking with a natural smile
- Graduated from College/University, Marketing/ English/ Tourism major is a PLUS.
- Customer Service minded, strategic thinking and planning
- A self-motivator, dynamic, result oriented & team player.
- Interpersonal, self-confident and able to work independently.
- Good skills of communication, negotiating and problem solving
- Good in both Vietnamese and English
- Good skills in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Available to work under high pressure
